To achieve good results from the use of steroids, it is advisable to incorporate the following rules or guidelines:
- Cycle lengths typically last anywhere from eight weeks to twenty weeks depending on the level of experience and the steroids used in a cycle.
- Oral steroids should be excluded or shortened to 3-4 weeks at the beginning of the cycle (with the exception of non-toxic pills for the liver such as Oxandrolone 10mg, Primobolan Tablets or Stanozolol 10mg). This is especially true of the use of such anabolics as Oxymetholone 50mg and Methandrostenolone 10mg.
- To achieve a pronounced anabolic effect, it is recommended to reduce the dosage by half.
- If you work to increase muscle mass, the protein intake in food should be at least 3-3.5 grams per two pounds of body weight per day, and the caloric content should be 40 kcal per two pounds of body weight per day.
Please note: When running steroid cycles, always build your training/exercise program around your cycle and your goals. Lifting heavy weight may be easier during a bulking cycle when extra calories are being consumed. When cutting, calorie deficient diets won’t allow the body to lift as heavy of a load in the gym. Train smarter, not harder and only do lifting that suits your cycle and your goal.
